The Chief Minister of the Institutional Security Office, General Augusto Heleno, published this Sunday, the 13th, on his personal Twitter page, the note the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (Abin) on the existence of reports produced by the same to assist the defense Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, son of President Jair Bolsonaro. Flávio is accused of criminal organization and money laundering in the case of Alerj's 'crackers', when he was a state deputy in Rio de Janeiro. The document published on the Agency's website says that "the aforementioned reports were not produced by Abin, that the alleged excerpts were poorly written and with language that is not related to intelligence". It also emphasizes that, in the institution, there are no fragmented sectors, and the statement of the existence of 'ABIN parallel' or 'Abin clandestina' is false. According to the note, the denunciation has the sole intention of discrediting the institution and its servants, and that has triggered the AGU to adopt measures capable of reestablishing the truth of the facts. Suspicions that the Brazilian Intelligence Agency helped defend Senator Flávio Bolsonaro were included in an ongoing investigation by the Attorney General's Office.
